We are looking a Repair Center Operation Manager, located in Eastern Europe for a stock listed company of the consumer electronic industry.
1. Benefit KPI fulfillment
2. Repair output quality control and operation management.
3. Repair engineer skill continuous improvement, employee training.
4. Repair quality continuous improvement (QA/QC).
5. Manpower arrangement, training and coaching, including group leaders and operators.
6. Co-work with other departments for problem solving.
7 Communicate with clients for finding out the solutions.
* Fluent in English is a must.
* EE or other Engineering background.
* PC/mobile/electronic products manufacturing or repairing experience.
* Willing to long stay at in the Eastern Europe.
