Our client is seeking Head of Sourcing & Procurement for its Office Equipment Business. He/she will need to lead and manage both Sourcer team and Procurement team across Taiwan and Mainland China. Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate his/her leadership and capability of handling global key component suppliers.
- Manage teams of 25 for both Sourcing and Procurement.
- Enhance Sourcing functions and capabilities.
- Manage suppliers to secure Cost, Quality, and Delivery.
- Cost review and negotiations.
- Leading the teams for strategic goal by coordinating all business activities to achieve supply target and material purchasing decision.
12+ combined years of Supply Chain management experience in Electronics industry.
Sourcing & Procurement experience of electronics parts / critical components is a MUST.
A minimum of 5 years in people managerial position.
Preferred management scope: 10-20 team members or above.
Deep knowledge and proven track records in improving SCM efficiency and Cost Reduction.
Business proficiency in English.
