Our client is a global professional Power / Energy Electronic manufacturing company. Their Hsinchu factory is seeking of Customer Quality Manager to maintain the good relationship with key customer. Familiarity with the automotive industry practice and TS16949/VDA is a must for a successful candidate.
- Customer quality service and assurance
- Incoming quality control
- Maintain, execute and renovate the quality system
- Support customer relationship and assist to ensure resolutions as needed
- Manage and communicate product quality and performance issues internally for root cause analysis and development of solutions
- Characterize and drive continuous improvement in products, process and services through quality management tools like process statistics, DOE, FMEA, PPAP, 8-D.
- Customer auditing management & 8D
- Lead and ensure a rapid and effective cross-functional team-based Lean/Six-Sigma/Kaizan projects
- Internal quality control
-5+ years Quality-related experience
-5+ years in people managerial role
-Knowledgeable of developments in the field of quality and the application of modern quality techniques (such as Six-Sigma black belt certificate) with a sound practical knowledge of equipment processes and practices
-Good communication/interpersonal skills with Chinese and English proficiency
