Job description

Our client is a global professional Power / Energy Electronic manufacturing company. Their Hsinchu factory is seeking of Customer Quality Manager to maintain the good relationship with key customer. Familiarity with the automotive industry practice and TS16949/VDA is a must for a successful candidate.


  • Customer quality service and assurance

  • Incoming quality control

  • Maintain, execute and renovate the quality system

  • Support customer relationship and assist to ensure resolutions as needed

  • Manage and communicate product quality and performance issues internally for root cause analysis and development of solutions

  • Characterize and drive continuous improvement in products, process and services through quality management tools like process statistics, DOE, FMEA, PPAP, 8-D.

  • Customer auditing management & 8D

  • Lead and ensure a rapid and effective cross-functional team-based Lean/Six-Sigma/Kaizan projects

  • Internal quality control

Desired profile

-5+ years Quality-related experience

-5+ years in people managerial role

-Knowledgeable of developments in the field of quality and the application of modern quality techniques (such as Six-Sigma black belt certificate) with a sound practical knowledge of equipment processes and practices

-Good communication/interpersonal skills with Chinese and English proficiency
