Our client is a listed and leading technology company in Taiwan. Currently they are looking for an experienced BD manager to join their company. Responsibilities:
- Lead business development from kick off to mass production to ensure business development
- Meeting all sales/business development metrics, including project awards, GM%, and revenue.
- Drive customer's requirement including spec, cost, schedule, budget, quality, regulatory and continuous process improvement.
- Cross functional coordination
- Internal: Cross-department, RFP/RFQ process preparation
- External: Customer Business Developments
- Possess business acumen and understanding of OEM/ODM/JDM business model and key aspects of manufacturing operations.
- Accountable for meeting regional sales targets and organizational KPIs.
- Develop and implement relevant sales strategies for any existing, new accounts within the assigned markets to meet overall sales objectives
-10+years of business development management or sales management experience
-Have the experience of new client development; branding experience is a plus
-Had stayed/worked in the USA for a while and is willing to be relocated to USA
-Creative, dynamic and forward thinking, strong ability to influence and impact
