The ideal candidate must have 12~20 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
Prefer candidates from technology industry.
Since this is a 2-year, 3-stage succession program, the job responsibilities may vary by different phases.
Phase I: Head of Corporate HR Specialists
Phase II: plus Head of HR Business Partners
Phase III: plus Head of China R&D Centers
Total HR staff across different sites: 100
