Job description

Our client is a well-known technology company in Taiwan. This is a 2-year succession program for HR Head.

The ideal candidate must have 12~20 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.

Prefer candidates from technology industry.

Since this is a 2-year, 3-stage succession program, the job responsibilities may vary by different phases.

Phase I: Head of Corporate HR Specialists

Phase II: plus Head of HR Business Partners

Phase III: plus Head of China R&D Centers

Total HR staff across different sites: 100

Desired profile

-10+ years working experience in Human Resources; China experience will be a plus but not a must.

-HR full-function management experience.

-Worked in a large electronics company (Over 10,000 staff)

-High mobility. Able to travel.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
